0900 ET - Western brands lost sales in their stores doing business in the Middle East after the outbreak of the Israel-Hamas war in October 2023, but some are seeing improvements. Fast food owner Yum Brands says transactions in its KFC restaurants in the Middle East rebounded in 4Q compared to before the conflict, with same-store sales in the region up 21%.
