昊天国际建投与利通电子达成AI算力战略合作框架协议
财中社2月7日电昊天国际建投（01341）发布公告，宣布与江苏利通电子股份有限公司订立了一份无法律约束力的战略合作框架协议，主要涉及人工智能（AI）算力领域的潜在战略合作。该合作的目的在于利用AI领域的快速发展，尤其是大语言模型和多模态模型的突破性进展，推动本集团的业务发展并拓展收入来源。
公告中提到，利通电子在AI算力租赁服务方面表现突出，已经整合了超过10,000P的AI算力资源。双方拟成立合资公司，主要业务将集中在东南亚地区的AI算力资源及5G大数据相关业务，包括算力租赁、AI数据赋能服务及研发合作等。此合作有望推动双方在市场份额上的扩展，并促进新技术的研发与应用。
截至公告日期，双方尚未签署具法律约束力的协议，未来若合作落实，公司将根据香港联合交易所的规定进行进一步公告。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在交易股份时需谨慎行事。
