智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，2025年2月3日，Shougang Group Co., Ltd.增持首钢资源(00639)6.07亿股，每股作价2.4港元，总金额约为14.57万港元。增持后最新持股数目约为15.27亿股，最新持股比例为29.99%。
补充资料：According to the sale and purchase agreement dated 18 December 2024 entered into between Fine Power Group Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shoucheng Holdings Limited) and Shougang Holding (Hong Kong) Limited ("Shougang HK"), pursuant to which Shougang HK has conditionally agreed to purchase 606,927,640 shares of Shougang Fushan Resources Group Limited. The completion took place on 3 February 2025.
