智通财经APP讯，金斯瑞生物科技(01548)发布公告，自2025年2月5日起，董事会已设立数据安全及地缘政治弹性小组委员会，作为公司风险管理及ESG委员会的一个小组委员会，其目的包括但不限于支持董事会检讨公司在地缘政治风险;数据安全及隐私风险;网络安全及信息技术系统风险;及跨境知识产权及技术转移风险方面风险管理的有效性。
数据安全及地缘政治弹性小组委员会成员包括：执行董事章方良博士;独立非执行董事John Quelch博士;公司轮值(当值)首席执行官邵炜慧女士;公司首席财务官魏师牛先生;及公司首席法律顾问兼首席合规官李克宁博士。章方良博士被任命为数据安全及地缘政治弹性小组委员会主席。
