智通财经APP获悉，通达集团(00698)盈警后跌逾14%，截至发稿，跌14.44%，报0.077港元，成交额182.21万港元。
消息面上，2月7日，通达集团发布公告，对比截至2023年12月31日止年度(2023年度)的本公司拥有人应占亏损约为12.3亿港元，预期截至2024年12月31日止年度(2024年度或年内)本集团预计将取得本公司拥有人应占亏损约38.0亿港元至 40.0亿港元。
公告称，公司亏损大幅扩大的主要原因如下： (1) 一次性非现金资产减值拨备：本集团2024年度收入相比2023年度下降约 13%至15%，若剔除其于2024年4月3日出售的精密零部件业务的销售收入，则本集团年内的经调整收入将按年增长约17.0%至19.0%。然而，年内下半年(特别是4季度)国内市场的竞争力度远超本集团预期，行业内以异常激烈的价格争夺订单，导致本集团产品单价及毛利大幅承压。由于利润空间进一步受压，本集团需更加谨慎地承接订单。
