2月14日晚，东方证券(600958.SH)发布2024年度业绩快报，实现营收191.9亿元，同比增长12.29%；归母净利润33.51亿元，同比增长21.68%；扣非净利润32.39亿元，同比增长23.25%。

东方证券2024年经营业绩不再下滑。

在这之前，公司营收、净利曾连续两年发生下滑。2022年、2023年，东方证券实现营收187.29亿元、170.9亿元，同比下降23.15%和8.75%；归母净利润30.11亿元、27.54亿元，同比下降43.95%、8.53%；扣非净利润28.58亿元、26.28亿元，同比下降46.14%和8.04%。

东方证券将业绩增长归结为“证券自营业务收入同比增加，信用减值计提同比减少。”

东方证券是一家经中国证监会批准设立的提供证券、期货、资产管理、投行、投资咨询及证券研究等全方位、一站式金融服务的综合类证券公司。经过多年发展，公司形成了自营投资、资产管理、财富管理、证券研究等业务。

湘财证券2月11日研报分析指出，证监会发布《关于资本市场做好金融“五篇大文章”的实施意见》，指明了未来资本市场的投融资改革方向，活跃资本市场的具体措施将加快落地。短期来看，市场交易保持活跃将助力券商业绩改善。
