诺辉健康（06606）发布公告，2025年2月12日举行的股东特别大会上，朱叶青被罢免董事职务，投票结果显示，支持该决议案的票数为1.16亿票，占79.89%；反对票数为2923.7万票，占20.11%。此次决议案获得大部分票数的支持，已正式通过。
