总台记者获悉，2月13日，日本本田汽车公司、日产和三菱汽车就解除合作备忘录一事达成共识。

2024年12月23日，日本汽车制造商本田汽车公司和日产汽车公司共同宣布，双方已就合并事宜签署谅解备忘录，将正式开启合并谈判。二者将以共同出资成立一家控股公司、双方均作为该控股公司子公司的方式进行合并。（总台记者 何欣蕾）
