Sealed Air (SEE) said Friday that Dustin Semach has been named president and chief executive, succeeding Patrick Kivits who has stepped down as CEO and as a member of the board.
Semach will be a member of the board and its executive committee, Sealed Air said, adding Semach was most recently the company's president and chief financial officer.
Veronika Johnson, currently chief accounting officer, has been named interim CFO, the company said, adding it has launched an internal and external search for a new CFO.
Sealed Air also said it reiterated its guidance for full year 2024 provided on Nov. 7. It will report Q4 results on Feb. 25.
