据内媒引述知情人士透露，龙光(03380.HK) 整体债权人实际支持率可能已超过90%，但因审批流程时间问题，境外债权人会于一般CSA费用截止日期前加入整体CSA。
龙光表示，整体境外债重组取得决定性重大进展。截至昨日(12日)下午五时正，约76.4%的同意债权人已加入整体CSA(整体债权人支持协议)。业内人士指出，根据香港法律，重组方案需获得75%以上债权人支持同意，法院才会批准生效，表示龙光境外债务重组已符合进入法庭流程的要求，境外债务重组基本已取得成功。 (ta/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
