昨日受传闻刺激大涨的内房股集体回调，融信中国跌近10%
受相关传闻刺激，港股市场内房股昨日午后大幅拉升，今日集体大幅回调。其中，融信中国跌近10%，远洋集团、旭辉控股跌超8%，世茂集团跌7.7%，富力地产、融创中国跌7%，雅居乐集团、万科企业、碧桂园等跟跌。
消息上，随着2025年1月房企陆续披露2024年业绩预告，由盈转亏、亏损大幅增加的情况屡见不鲜。例如万科2023年盈利121.63亿元，2024年预计亏损450亿元；金融街2023年亏损20.72亿元之后，2024年预计亏损90亿至120亿元；首开股份2023年亏损63.39亿元，2024年预计亏损75亿—95亿元。业内人士分析，在亏损加剧的背后，整个地产行业正在经历一场洗牌，能够获得外部资源支持，并围绕市场新生态完成自身业务模式转型的公司将活到最后。
