Lycopodium (ASX:LYL) completed its acquisition of SAXUM, an engineering company based in Argentina, for $7.1 million, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company now holds a 60% stake in SAXUM, with options for the remaining share capital to be distributed in subsequent years, with 25% in the fifth year of completion and 15% in the seventh year, the filing said.
