格隆汇2月19日｜美国西南航空公司周三表示，在该公司与激进投资者Elliott Investment Management达成协议数月后，其首席转型官Ryan Green将于2025年4月1日卸任。Green曾负责该航空公司的转型战略，包括向指定座位和高级座位的过渡。这家总部位于达拉斯的廉价航空公司还修改了与Elliott的合作协议，将投资者的最高持股比例从之前的14.9%提高到19.9%。此前该航空公司表示将裁员约15%，涉及约1750个职位，以降低成本和精简组织结构。
