智通财经APP讯，诺科达科技(00519)公布，该集团于截至2024年12月31日止六个月可能取得亏损约7092.2万港元，较2023年同期亏损约3556.4万港元，增加亏损约3535.8万港元。
董事会认为，亏损增加乃主要由于(其中包括)以下因素的净影响所致：(i) 集团投资物业的公允值亏损由2023年同期约358.6万港元增加至期内约4404.7万港元;(ii) 按公允值计入损益的金融资产的公允值亏损由2023年同期约1955.1万港元增加至期内约2435.7万港元;(iii) 期内取得物业、厂房及设备减值亏损约652.8万港元，而2023年同期并无取得此项目;及(iv) 期内取得出售按公允值计入损益的金融资产的收益约1227.8万港元，而2023年同期取得金额不多。
董事会谨此强调，上述第(i)至(iii)项因素属非现金性质并来自于物业投资及投资控股板块。公司不断开拓新商机，包括发展自动驾驶业务，借此提升整体财务表现。
