1416 ET - Fertilizer producer Nutrien faces the most risk among Canada's biggest companies from U.S. tariffs of up to 25%, according to Syntax Data. The financial-data firm put together a list of the 10 most-affected Canadian companies, based on information pulled from securities filings and annual reports on U.S.-based sales. Syntax said Nutrien generates 61% of its annual revenue, or $17.6 billion, from the U.S. Tariffs as proposed by President Trump could amount to $4.4 billion in additional costs for Nutrien customers, Syntax says. Trump put his tariff plan for Canada and Mexico on hold until March 4, pending talks with the 2 countries. Other companies on the list include pipepline operators Enbridge and TC Energy, auto parts maker Magna, and dairy company Saputo. (paul.vieira@wsj.com, @paulvieira)
