Bailador Technology Investments (ASX:BTI) invested AU$12.5 million in PropHero, an artificial intelligence-powered property investment platform, as part of a AU$25 million Series A round, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company is leading the funding round, joined by investors Fifth Wall, Samaipata, and Opera Tech Ventures, the filing said. The funds will drive product development, marketplace expansion, and global growth.
Shares of the company rose past 2% in recent Wednesday trade.
