智通财经APP讯，药师帮(09885)发布公告，于截至2024年12月31日止年度，预期截至2024年12月31日止年度公司拥有人应占利润将不少于人民币2000万元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度公司拥有人应占亏损为人民币31.89亿元。
根据董事会现时可得资料，董事会认为，集团上述预期利润增加主要得益于以下原因：(1)集团于2024年几乎未受到以公允价值计量且其变动计入当期损益的金融负债的公允价值变动及上市费用的影响;(2)集团的业务增长及营运资金周转效率不断提高，共同促进经营性现金的流入和沉淀，并由集团对之进行有效的管理;及(3)在业务增长的同时，集团的成本控制措施亦行之有效。
