China YuHua Education (HKG:6169) redeemed HK$430 million of the principal amount of its 0.90% convertible bonds that matured in December 2024 on a pro-rata basis, a Tuesday bourse filing said.
The company will convert the remaining principal amount of HK$483.9 million into shares at the prevailing conversion price of HK$0.733 apiece.
The company withdrew its HK$2.09 billion 0.90% convertible bonds from the Hong Kong bourse as they matured on Dec. 27, 2024.
