美团(03690.HK) 于官方公众号发文指，将为全职及稳定兼职骑手交社保，积极构建和谐劳动关系。
美团指，根据新就业形态的特点和新就业群体的实际需求，认真落实骑手权益保障，持续推进骑手社保工作。2022年7月以来，在人社部指导下，美团率先启动新就业形态人员职业伤害保障试点，已出资14亿人民币为7个试点省市的全量骑手缴纳职业伤害保费，未来将进一步覆盖所有省市所有骑手。
去年以来，美团就骑手缴纳养老保险等社保方案做了认真研究，选择了不同区域不同城市进行深入调研，并在有关部门的指导下形成了初步试点方案，目前正在搭建骑手社保相关的信息系统，预计2025年二季度开始实施，逐步为全职及稳定兼职骑手缴纳社保。(ha/k)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-02-19 16:25。)
