　　谭仔国际公布，持股74.26%大股东Toridoll提出私有化建议，每股现金要约价1.58港元，较停牌前收报溢价75.56%，涉及最高现金代价约5.56亿港元。计划生效后，公司将申请撤销股份于联交所的上市地位。据悉，谭仔国际于2021年10月上市，至今不足3年半。
