威胜控股(03393.HK) 宣布，附属公司威胜能源与西门子于前日(17日)在上海成功举行战略合作签约仪式。双方将围绕推动模块化数据中心全场景解决方案和中国制造业全球化发展展开合作。
根据协议，双方将组建团队，从底层架构设计到能源管理优化，联合开发模块化数据中心解决方案，旨在实现高效营运，大幅缩短产品交付周期。同时，双方将整合全球客户资源，提供由规划、建设到营运维护的一站式服务；亦协助客户解决技术难题、降低成本、提升营运效率，增强客户于海外市场的竞争力。此外，双方将为国内制造企业定制“出海”方案，覆盖技术适配、产品本地化、市场推广、客户对接和售后服务等，致力协助企业积极拓展海外市场。(sl/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-02-19 16:25。)
