　　和铂医药近期发盈喜，预期截至2024年12月31日止年度的溢利将介于人民币730万元至2200万元。期内，公司的现金溢利达到人民币2.20亿元的历史新高。可持续盈利能力主要由于通过与全球制药公司及领先的生物技术公司持续保持战略合作伙伴关系，其独特业务模式加速增长；收入的经常性部分于2024年不断增长，包括基于平台的研究收入及随着合作项目逐渐成熟而收到来自合作伙伴的里程碑付款等。

　　此外，公司表示，今年已于公开市场合共购回814.6万股股份，总值近3000万港元。此进展反映了公司对其业务前景及展望的信心，同时表明公司管理层认为当前估值与公司的内在价值脱节。
