【大河财立方消息】2月17日，蔚来法务部发布关于针对某网络账号造谣的法律行动的说明。

　　蔚来汽车声明中表示，于2月16日晚收到线索，反映网络账号“尹哥普及新能源”以“爆个大料”这种耸人听闻的方式，造谣散布关于乐道品牌的严重失实内容。

　　对于有关网络账号所发布的内容，蔚来汽车称已经固定证据，并已经向法院提起诉讼，调取该涉嫌侵权网络账号的身份主体信息。同时，蔚来汽车也已经向公安机关报案，请求公安机关予以调查。

　　声明中提到，近期蔚来汽车关注到一批账号不同寻常的举动，试图对蔚来及旗下品牌抹黑造谣，有涉嫌自导自演进行抹黑炒作的，也有凭空造谣的，对蔚来公司及包括乐道在内的品牌声誉、用户感情造成持续且严重损害。蔚来汽车表示将坚持依法维权，追究策划、制造、传播谣言的相关人员责任。

　　对于反映情况、提供线索者，蔚来汽车在声明中表达了感谢，并称将与之联系，根据之前关于公开征集黑公关和水军线索的声明向其发放奖励。

　　根据2月9日蔚来汽车发布的公开征集黑公关和水军线索的声明，对于经核实后被认定为有效的线索或证据，蔚来汽车将依据其重要性，对提供者给予人民币1万元至100万元不等的奖励。
