　　“亚布力中国企业家论坛第25届年会”于2025年2月21日-23日召开。阿里巴巴集团副总裁、钉钉总裁叶军出席“AI时代的企业竞争力”论坛并进行演讲。

　　叶军提到，宁德时代部署非常先进，他们两年前买了好多卡，很早就关注AI了。企业的所有流程都应该用AI改造一遍，AI时代自动化的成本降低了。

　　他表示，最近国内的传统软件公司增长非常好，为什么，因为他们能用AI把所有流程做一遍，大大提升业务效率。再举个例子，杭州的医院，医生开药的系统，最右侧有一个AI助理，给医生建议，要开什么药，需要注意什么，这已经实现了。

　　他总结，如果你的企业还没有用AI去改变你的业务，那三五年你的企业可能就被淘汰掉了。

　　每个企业都应该用好自己的数据，建立自己的专属大模型，这样会让企业和员工更好。（罗宁）
