智通财经APP获悉，第九城市(NCTY.US)周五宣布，其全资子公司上海第九城市信息技术有限公司已与成都青橙网络科技公司( Chengdu Qing Cheng Network Science and Technology)签署了合资协议，后者是一家专注于服务中国市场游戏玩家的手机游戏运营和分销公司。
第九城市将持有合资公司51%的股份，青橙网络科技将持有合资公司49%的股份。该合资公司将成为第九城市在中国市场运营和分销手机游戏的旗舰子公司。
青橙网络科技承诺，将利用其在下沉市场的独特分销渠道优势，为合资公司运营不同的手机游戏。
青橙网络科技承诺，2025年，合资公司的年利润将超过8000万元人民币(约合1100万美元)，2026年和2027年的利润每年至少增长50%。
第九城市授予青橙网络科技1.102亿股限制性股票(相当于367,442股美国存托股份)。这些限售股将根据合资公司的利润实现情况分阶段解锁。
