恒地(00012.HK) 九龙城南角道8号项目“南首”推出首次价单2号，涉及118伙，包括83伙一房及35伙两房户，价单售价介乎451.7万至792万元，呎价介乎17,508至22,719元，平均呎价20,274元。扣除全部折扣优惠后，折实售价介乎415.56万至728.64万元，折实呎价16,107至20,902元，折实平均呎价18,652元。
恒基物业代理董事及营业(二)部总经理韩家辉透露，截至今日中午12时，项目已累计收到约2,200张票，以1号价单涉及63伙计算超额认购34倍，示范单位累计参观人次达9,000人，当中不乏国内、东南亚及日本客，估计青睐校网的投资客占四成以上。
他透露，2号价单未有加价，主要推出景观较开扬的单位，预计未来两天上载销售安排，目标本周末开售，会视乎今日收飞情况考虑是否全推1号及2号价单单位，亦可能设大手组别。
