智通财经APP讯，艾美疫苗(06660)发布公告，集团按照既定公司战略积极推进疫苗产品管线的开发，利用mRNA技术平台优势，通过持续的技术创新，快速推进mRNA疫苗系列产品的研发，mRNA带状疱疹疫苗已于近日向美国食品和药品监督管理局(FDA)申报临床，标志着集团全球化战略取得了新的进展。
临床前动物试验中，第三方检测单位的检测结果显示：集团mRNA带状疱疹疫苗特异性T细胞免疫、特异性IgG抗体滴度、膜抗原荧光抗体(FAMA)滴度，均显著高于国际市售重组亚单位对照疫苗。
目前国际上尚无mRNA带状疱疹疫苗获批上市，带状疱疹疫苗在目标人群中接种率仅为0.1%左右，存在巨大提升空间。2024年度GSK的带状疱疹疫苗全球销售额约43.10亿美元。根据行业顾问灼识咨询预测，预计到2030年，带状疱疹疫苗在中国的市场规模将达到约人民币200亿元，全球的市场规模将达到约239亿美元。该产品获批上市后，将给集团带来可观的业绩增长，mRNA带状疱疹疫苗在安全性和免疫原性上的优势，有望重塑市场格局。
集团是中国最早开发mRNA疫苗产品的企业之一，也是国内第一批取得mRNA技术自主专利的疫苗企业，具有成熟的mRNA疫苗研发体系。集团现已打通mRNA疫苗研发、生产等全生命周期的流程，在完成临床后可迅速实现mRNA疫苗产品的产业化，加快疫苗产品的商业化进程。
