美国教育科技公司Chegg周一正式对谷歌提起诉讼，指控其人工智能（AI）搜索结果摘要损害了Chegg的业务和收入。

　　Chegg此前已向美国哥伦比亚特区地方法院提出指控，指控谷歌公司通过将其内容纳入搜索摘要，不公平地行使了在搜索领域的垄断权力，并强迫Chegg提供其内容以便被收录。

　　Chegg称谷歌的做法“有害且不可持续”，要求其进行经济赔偿，并希望法院颁布法律禁令，禁止谷歌继续上述行为。
