　　彭博称，特朗普政府正在制定更严格的半导体限制措施，并向主要盟友施压，要求他们加强对中国芯片行业的限制。拜登时期开始设法限制中国的技术实力，这是美国新任总统有意扩大这些作为的初期迹象。
