25 Feb

0845 GMT - Telefonica pulled off a good transaction with the sale of Telefonica Moviles Argentina, ING analyst Jan Frederik Slijkerman writes in a note. "The price seems good at an enterprise value to adjusted Ebitda multiple of around four times, given the difficult circumstances in Argentina," the analyst says. Over the first nine months of 2025, Telefonica Argentina reported adjusted Ebitda of 216 million euros, he adds. Shares are up 1% at 4.28 euros. (najat.kantouar@wsj.com)
