Odaily星球日报讯 币安回应“黑客通过发红包盗币”称："基于现有的调查结果以及掌握的信息，初步怀疑该用户的设备可能曾安装了恶意插件/软件，导致该用户的邮箱、谷歌验证器、币安账户等账号信息连环被黑客盗取。黑客基于此模拟了该用户的常用设备及 IP 环境，因此红包发起过程中的验证环节都被黑客成功通过，最终导致资金被盗转。 需要说明的是，用户在币安平台发送红包进行支付时，需要验证用户的支付 PIN 码/指纹或面容 ID/身份验证器 App/邮箱。因此，该用户的账户资产通过红包功能被盗的原因是由于上述其相关个人信息被盗取所导致。强烈建议该用户选择报警处理此次事件，币安安全风控团队将协助提供我们所掌握的所有信息，并在取得用户配合的基础上，进一步对其设备进行调查，共同找出最终原因。也提醒所有用户要时刻保持警惕、提高安全意识，务必使用安全干净的设备。注意防范账号与设备的安全风险，以保障个人资产安全。
