Hong Kong's High Court appointed Edward Simon Middleton and Wing Sze Tiffany Wong of Alvarez & Marsal Asia as liquidators for China Evergrande Group (HKG:3333) subsidiary Tianji Holding, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The appointment of liquidators follows a winding-up order issued on Feb. 21.
The company's trading on the stock exchange remains suspended until further notice.
