AEON CREDIT续签屯门特许权协议 每月支付特许权费30万港元
2月28日，AEON CREDIT（00900）发布公告，公司与永旺百货于2025年2月28日签订了为期一年的屯门特许权协议，以续订现有的租赁协议。根据该协议，公司将每月支付30万港元的特许权费用，此外还需支付每月1.37万港元的管理费。特许权费用的确定参考了类似用途和功能的市场租金，并经过双方合理磋商。
根据HKFRS16，公司将该店铺租赁确认为一次性购买的使用权资产，未经审计的价值约为347万港元。预计在2025年屯门特许权协议项下的最高开销总额为42万港元。过去两个年度，公司向永旺百货支付的开销总金额分别为2000港元、40万港元及约35万港元。
