标普全球评级今日表示，美国联邦政策的变化或其走向存在高度的不可预测性，这可能会导致一些地方政府出现信贷不稳定的情况。

　　标普全球评级信贷分析师Jane Ridley在报告中指出：“这些地方政府有应对短期收入中断或支出需求的经验，但在这个不确定性成为新现实的时代，重大变化可能会产生持久影响，这就需要管理团队积极主动地调整其运营预算。”

　　Ridley补充道：“联邦政策变化的幅度和持续时间存在不确定性，这增加了变数，可能会阻碍管理团队的规划工作，并导致混乱。”
