新鸿基地产(00016)及港铁(00066)发展的天水围轻铁天荣站项目第2期YOHO WEST PARKSIDE，周二(25日)公布首张价单提供105伙，折实平均呎价约10,868元，与逾1年前推出同系列第1期首批相若。一房户入场费由约303万元起。

 

新地副董事总经理雷霆表示，首批定价可形容为“超级性价比”，与上期售价差不多。项目交通便捷，周边民生配套齐备，相信可以延续上期炽热销情。

 

新地代理总经理胡致远表示，首张价单囊括14伙一房户、65伙两房户及26伙三房户，实用面积303至679方呎。

 

售价方面，价单主要提供建筑期付款方法，扣除最高5%折扣优惠后，若买家于180天内成交可享4%现金回赠，扣除折扣及回赠后，折实售价介乎约302.46万至约1,040.66万元，折实呎价由9,670至15,858元。首批入场户为第1A座5楼A6室，实用面积303方呎，折实呎价约9,982元。

 

项目示范单位将于周三(26日)起对公众开放，周四(27日)起收票。资料显示，同系列第1期YOHO WEST，于2023年11月推出首批280伙，当时折实呎价约10,888元。
