Odaily星球日报讯 据彭博社披露，稳定币发行商 Circle 联合创始人兼首席执行官 Jeremy Allaire 表示，与美元挂钩的数字代币发行商应在美国注册运营。据悉，今年 2 月，共和党参议员比尔·哈格蒂（Bill Hagerty）提出一项法案，旨在为美国支持的稳定币建立监管制度。 Jeremy Allaire 在接受彭博社采访时解释说：“运营美元稳定币不应该是一张免费通行证。无论是离岸公司还是总部在其他地方，如果想在美国提供美元稳定币，就需要在美国注册，就像我们必须去其他地方注册一样。”（Coindesk）
