惠誉指，澳门评级主要反映其公共及对外财政状况稳健，即使在经济及博彩收入受冲击时期，仍能表现出审慎的财政管理。同时预测澳门GDP增长将从2024年的8.8%放缓至2025年的6.9%，因为博彩收入在2024年反弹后可能会逐步上升至2019年水平的81%左右。
惠誉预期澳门GDP增长将受到持续但较缓慢的博彩旅游业复苏，以及有利内地旅客的签证政策、非博彩投资及加强旅游基建的支持。而内地经济放缓，美国大幅提高关税，以及人民币贬值，均对澳门前景构成下行风险。(ha/a)
