智通财经APP获悉，普拉达(01913)早盘涨超3%，截至发稿，涨3.63%，报68.6港元，成交额6710.17万港元。
消息面上，据3月3日市场消息报道，普拉达正接近达成收购高端时尚集团Capri Holdings旗下的Versace，作价近15亿欧元。报道称，两间公司可能在3月确定今次交易，目前双方谈判进展顺利，初步尽职调查未显示任何风险。
此前有媒体报道，普拉达正在评估收购意大利高级时装品牌范思哲的可能性，并与顾问合作考虑可能的交易。其中花旗为普拉达提供建议。报道指出，自去年12月中旬以来，越来越多传言称Capri准备出售范思哲和Jimmy Choo两大品牌，并委托巴克莱研究出售可能。
