小鹏p7+开启智驾撞向护栏 客服表示不能完全依赖NGP
近日，一名消费者向媒体反映，自己的新车小鹏p7+在开启智驾功能经过一个Y字形路口时发生事故，车辆右前方翼子板受损严重。事故发生时行车记录仪拍下的画面显示，汽车本应按照路线向右下坡进入辅路，但车辆却选择左转，最终撞上护栏。
该车主认为事故的原因是小鹏p7+智驾“方向感不清晰”，并认定该事故不属于自己的责任。事发后，购车门店解释事故原因为“路况识别不清晰”。
后续该车主称已经和小鹏汽车协商一致，不过不方便透露具体内容。
《经济参考报》记者联系了小鹏汽车客服，客服表示，具体的事故情况请留意官方通报。客服同时介绍，NGP毕竟还是属于一个辅助驾驶，它在某些程度上的确可能会有一定程度的受限，如果路况复杂，车主需要随时准备好接管车辆，而不是说完全依赖NGP的使用。“虽然我们不能排除相关的一个事情是否存在，但我们建议在使用NGP时去做好随时接管车辆的准备。”
公开资料显示，小鹏汽车2024年第三季度汽车总交付量为46,533辆，交付表现超出预期，较2023年同期的40,008辆增长16.3%。2024年第三季度总收入为人民币101亿元，较2024年第二季度环比增加24.5%。
刚刚公布的今年2月交付数据显示，小鹏汽车2月共交付新车30453台，同比增长570%。小鹏汽车已连续4个月交付量突破。其中，小鹏P7+上市3个月，累计交付超30000台，打破同级最快交付纪录。（实习生杨一凡对本文亦有贡献）
