消息面上，2月28日召开的中共中央政治局会议强调稳住楼市股市。方正证券指出，中央积极定调为政策持续出台奠定基础，楼市或将进入新一轮政策释放周期。该行指出，开年小阳春表现优异，供需结构持续优化，止跌回稳趋势在政策的持续加持下有望再巩固。
华泰证券则指出，当前房地产市场的热度或仍将持续，需保持关注。看好重点城市区域市场的量价回升，以及在对应区域拥有储备或新获取资源的房企的估值修复，同时业绩与现金流稳健的物管公司亦有望受益于市场止跌回稳。
