新世界(00017.HK) 股价今早(3日)急升，曾涨16.6%高见5.62元，现报5.58元，升15.8%，成交6,937.28万股，涉资3.7亿元。
花旗报告指，新世界优先减债及改善现金流，并致力履行债务责任。推动物业销售工作、维持营运及削减资本开支令中期现金流改善，负现金流减至2亿元。融资工作包括自去年7月以来透过银行再融资187亿元，总债务较上财年下半年减少51亿元，融资成本减少0.3个百分点至4.7%，以及获银行支持，包括在多项债务契约中获豁免。
