太古地产(01972.HK) 与珠江实业集团合作开发的全新零售项目正式命名为广州聚龙湾太古里(Taikoo Li Julong Wan Guangzhou)。该项目位于广州市荔湾区白鹅潭地区核心地段，是太古地产在大湾区的首个太古里项目。
该项目计划于2027年上半年起分阶段落成。从2025年年底开始，将陆续举办展览、大型活动、快闪店及其他精彩体验。
太古地产零售业务董事韩置表示，很荣幸将太古里这标志性品牌引入广州，成为继上海之后，第二个兼具“太古里”和“太古汇”双品牌项目的城市。广州聚龙湾太古里是集团与珠江实业集团的首次合作，也是继广州太古汇取得成功后的又一个里程碑。
广州聚龙湾太古里是珠江实业集团整体开发的聚龙湾片区一大型综合发展项目的零售组成部分，该综合发展项目还包括创意办公、高端住宅和文化设施等多元业态。广州聚龙湾太古里预计总楼面面积约15万平方米，太古地产持有该零售项目50%的权益。(sl/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-02-28 16:25。)
