新浪科技讯 3月4日上午消息，今年全国两会前夕，全国政协委员、360集团创始人周鸿祎围绕DeepSeek开源模式进行阐述。

　　周鸿祎表示，李彦宏非常睿智，也非常老江湖，他原来是不太认可开源，因为他认为他的模式是接近OpenAI的，但他比OpenAI更聪明的是及时转身，宣布开源。他开源之后，阿里更坚持开源，没准字节也会开源。这个开源的生态形成一个巨大的虹吸效应。所以，一般来说，开源一旦形成气候，一定能战胜闭源。

　　周鸿祎提到，很多人老问我中美的（AI能力）差距有多少。这是另外一个故事。中美的差距，网上有很多专家说十年、几十年，那些话都太妄自菲薄了，差距肯定没有那么大，我认为最多的时候，差两年，差一年，差三个月，咱现在赶上了。你觉得只靠技术一项，我们能永远领先美国吗？我认为是做不到的。今天我们赶上了GPT-o1，和o3有差距，明天他们借鉴DeepSeek的论文，可能有个LIama又赶上R1了，R1可能推出R2又领先了。人工智能哪天冷不丁会出来一个小公司，这个技术就领先了，这种工具的门槛没有那么高。（罗宁）
