Kingsgate Consolidated (ASX:KCN) unit Akara Resources extended gold mineralization from an ongoing reverse circulation and diamond drilling program at the company's Chatree gold mine in Thailand, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The most recent results from the program yielded 32 meters at 0.6 grams per tonne (g/t) grade of gold from 29 meters to 61 meters and 4.4 meters at 2.6 g/t of gold from 63 meters to 67.4 meters, the filing said.
The company said the exploration program will end in the second quarter of fiscal 2025.
Meanwhile, geochemical sampling proposals are being reviewed, with road repair and topographic survey contracts awarded for KCN's Nueva Esperanza silver project in Chile, the company said.
