瑞风新能源股份认购及收购事项延期至2025年6月30日
3月3日，瑞风新能源（00527）发布公告，主要涉及公司的股份认购事项、可换股债券认购事项及可能的收购事项。公告指出，这些交易的完成需待若干先决条件的达成或豁免。截至公告日期，相关的股份认购协议和可换股债券认购协议的先决条件尚未达成。
根据公告，公司与认购人A控股公司、认购人B及认购人C签订补充协议，将股份认购事项及可换股债券认购事项的截止日期延后至2025年6月30日。此外，公司与卖方也签订了补充框架协议，将股权转让框架协议的终止日期延后至同一日期。
该等交易仍需与河北国资委进一步沟通及获得批准，卖方正寻求河北交通投资集团的批准。目标公司的审计工作预计将在2025年3月底前完成。
