智通财经APP获悉，Plus Therapeutics(PSTV.US)周四表示，其针对肺癌患者软脑膜转移的治疗药物Rhenium (186Re) Obisbemeda获得美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)孤儿药认定。受此提振，该公司股价周四收涨311.43%，盘后续涨超50%。
软脑膜转移是指癌细胞扩散至覆盖大脑和脊髓的膜层，Rhenium (186Re) Obisbemeda此次获得的孤儿药认定正是针对这一适应症。
FDA授予孤儿药认定的目的在于为针对罕见疾病和病症的药物研发者提供财务激励。除了临床试验费用的税收抵免和营销申请用户费用的豁免外，开发者还可以获得长达七年的美国市场独占权。
Plus Therapeutics表示，这一认定是在公司近期完成早期单剂量试验后获得的。
