汇丰研究预计,春季销售旺季将保持稳健的销售势头,受惠于开发商自去年下半年以来积极补充土地储备,带来更丰富的新项目推出。在该行覆盖的企业中,华润置地(01109.HK) 和越秀地产(00123.HK) 在去年下半年的土地市场较为活跃。因此,这两家公司在春季旺季的销售势头可能因新可售资源丰富而获得支持。
