Lottery.com Regains Compliance With Nasdaq Rules; Shares Up

Lottery.com (LTRY) said Friday it has regained compliance with Nasdaq's continued listing rules on minimum bid price and market value of publicly held shares.

The company said it regained the minimum bid price requirement without effectuating a reverse stock split.

Nasdaq has closed the matters, the firm said.

The company's shares were up over 21% in recent trading.
