　　花旗发布研报称，给予长和（00001）“买入”评级，目标价56.8港元。花旗估计长和持有80%权益的港口资产（不包括和记港口信托以及香港和内地港口）的企业价值为978亿港元（约126亿美元）。这远低于公告中披露的100%企业价值227.65亿美元。该行认为，若按初步基本条款完成交易，此处置将显著提升长和的价值。若完成出售，估计长和2025年的EBITDA将减少约10%。截至2024年6月底，长和的总债务为2780.17亿港元。花旗预计，若将潜在190亿美元销售收益的一部分用于偿债，净负债率可能降至20%以下。
