智通财经APP讯，瑞丽医美(02135)发布公告，于2025年3月7日(交易时段后)，买方公司间接非全资附属苏州瑞泉生物医药科技有限公司(公司的间接非全资附属公司)与卖方苏州劢廸京港科技有限公司订立该协议，据此，买方同意收购而卖方同意出售该物业，代价为人民币2143.70万元。
该物业位于中国江苏省苏州市张家港锦丰镇锦兴路26号7幢101、201、301、401，为工业用地，建筑面积约4660.22平方米。经独立合资格估值师采用市场比较法进行评估，该物业于2025年1月31日的估值为约人民币2190.3万元。
公告称，为应对市场对医美行业多元化产品日益增长的需求，集团致力发展尖端医美材料及器械产品的研究及制造平台。为支持此项计划，该物业将被收购用作主要专注生产创新医美材料及器械产品的生产设施，从而增强集团在医疗美容上游行业的发展及生产能力并巩固其市场地位。收购事项将使集团能够建立涵盖皮肤注射产品等医美材料及器械产品的生产设施，从而确保更有力控制产品质量及促进产品技术创新，同时满足市场对医美先进材料及器械产品日益增长的需求。
